- Sign in with Google: if you choose this option, Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.
- Bookings: the services, stylist, date and time you choose, and any notes about your appointment.

- To create and manage your account and appointments.
- To send booking confirmations, cancellations and account emails (such as email confirmation or password reset).
- To contact you about your appointment when needed.
- To understand how our salon is doing (for example, how many services we provide each month).
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes your information
We rely on a few trusted providers that process data only to run this website:
- Supabase: secure hosting of accounts and bookings.
- Resend: delivery of our emails.
- Google: sign in with Google, only if you choose it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and booking history while your account is active so you and the salon can review past appointments. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.
Your choices
- You can review your appointments in My bookings.
- To update or delete your information, email us at salomehairsalon390@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
Your information is stored with access controls so that each client can only see their own data, and passwords are never stored in plain text.
Children
Our online booking is intended for people 13 years of age or older. Appointments for children can be made by a parent or guardian.
